Alternative Project Delivery

Glacier Construction recognizes that the traditional design-bid-build project delivery method is not always the best approach to meeting the needs of the customer.  Even in our current hyper-competitive marketplace, these methods often miss huge opportunities for cost and schedule savings.  Glacier has learned that the most important audience, the end user, can often lose when using the traditional contractor - owner - engineer polarized triad.  Having engineers, customer operations staff and managers, and the constructor as part of the project team from the early planning stages provides a more effective environment in which to design, construct and transfer a project.
