Job Application Trouble Shooting

Certain browsers such and Google Chrome and Firefox may  not allow you to fill out or submit your application due to settings within the browser. Please see below for information on how to fix these problems:

If using Google Chrome:
  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. Click the "Menu" button in the top right corner (three stacked dots)
  3. Click "Settings"
  4. Scroll down and click "Advanced"
  5. Scroll down and click "Content Settings"
  6. Click "Flash"
  7. Click the grey "Block sites from running Flash" switch so that it turns to blue
  8. Unblock "www.gcci.com" if necessary
  9. Then go back to the "Content Settings" page and click on "PDF Documents"
  10. Click on the button to the right turning it from grey to blue

If using Firefox:
  1. Click the "Mene" button and choose "Options"
  2. Select the "General" panel and go to the "Applications" section
  3. Select the "Portable Document Format (PDF)" entry and change the action to us the "Adobe Reader" program

If neither of these work, please print out the application, fill it out and fax it to (303) 221-5385 or email it to hr@gcci.com
