Giving Back

Volunteer Work 

  • Building Homes of Hope in Tijuana, Mexico. This is much like Habitat for Humanity, where as they build homes for families in need.
  • Habitat for Humanity roofing project in Englewood.
  • Supplied concrete and helped install trash cans and park benches to help an Eagle Scout in Pueblo complete his final project. This work helped with the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the park.
  • Provided finished concrete for over 7,000 square feet of sidewalk at the new Colorado State University-Pueblo football stadium. A scholarship was also funded in conjunction with this effort.
  • In hopes of bettering the upper playground at the Saint Vincent DePaul Catholic School, Glacier Construction Co., Inc. removed the asphalt paving in the playground, hauled the debris off, re-graded the area, and assisted with the placement of the new artificial turf surface.
  • When Windsor, Colorado was hit with tornados in 2008, Glacier Construction Co., Inc. sent a team of workers along with equipment to assist FEMA with clean-up of areas that were heavily damaged.
